Property Management

Our property management approach blends KPI effective usage with proprietary best practices to continually monitor the health of our properties and ensure that Human Resource Management, Resident Program Coordination, Capital Project Planning & Complete Asset Management are being performed with excellence.


We partner with owners to provide the services they need to ensure their housing continually stays in compliance with applicable laws at both the Federal and State levels. Our compliance services come with reports to help you not only understand the regulations, but also stay ahead of TCAC inspections and  HUD Management Occupancy Reviews (MOR’s).  We review tenant files prior to a TCAC audit or HUD MOR and will submit all pre-audit documents requested by governmental agencies.

Resident Service Coordination & Programming

Our Resident Service Coordinators engage, outreach, assist, and connect our residents to services with the goal of assisting our residents with aging in place. They are experienced in social work and human services. Our Service Coordinators perform thorough assessments to determine resident needs and develop plans to ensure our residents receive needed services. They also coordinate health and wellness presentations, food distribution programs, health screenings, vaccine clinics, exercise classes, and opportunities for lifelong learning and socialization for our residents.

Trillium Property Management is a licensed and insured General Contractor in the State of California, specializing in affordable housing occupied rehabilitation and construction projects. Our project management and construction team offers services to help create objectives, develop timelines and execution plans for our affordable housing partners capital projects.
