We are proud to share a meaningful milestone for one of our communities.

Trillium Property Management, in partnership with ownership, Decro Corporation, and our on-site teams, has received recognition from the Los Angeles Police Department Rampart Division for the transformation of 7th & Witmer Apartments located at 697 S. Witmer Street, Los Angeles, CA 90017.

In a letter dated March 26, 2026, Senior Lead Officer Frank Garcia acknowledged the significant progress made at the property, noting its transition from one of the most challenged locations in the area to one of the strongest performers.

7th & Witmer has transitioned from one of the most challenged locations in the area to one of the strongest performers—what we often refer to as going from ‘worst to first.’ — Senior Lead Officer Frank Garcia, LAPD Rampart Division

This recognition reflects the intentional work happening on site every day. Through consistent coordination, accountability, and a commitment to both safety and resident stability, the property has seen meaningful improvements in overall conditions and community engagement.

The Rampart Division also outlined continued strategies to support long term success, including enhanced security measures, stronger coordination with local officers, and ongoing community engagement efforts. These recommendations build on a foundation that is already showing real results.

At Trillium, we believe that supportive housing communities thrive when property management, ownership, service providers, and local partners work together with a shared purpose. This recognition is not just about progress made, but about what is possible when that collaboration is done well.

We are incredibly proud of the team at 7th & Witmer and appreciative of our partnership with Decro Corporation as we continue working together to create safer, more stable communities.
