On October 13, 2022, Trillium’s REAC Team completed a HUD/REAC inspection at FAME Arms. Trillium’s REAC Team worked endlessly to complete this inspection from the time Trillium Property Management took over. Prior to the inspection, the team dedicated time to prepare for the inspection by completing property walks and unit inspections.
