On August 22, 2022, Trillium’s REAC team undertook a HUD/REAC inspection at Beverly Towers. This property is a high-rise building with 189 units in Montebello, CA. Prior to the inspection, the team dedicated time to prepare for the inspection by completing property walks and unit inspections.
