Six out of Seven HUD Management and Occupancy Review (MOR) Scores are Above Average and Superior
What is a MOR Score?
Owners of Affordable Multifamily Housing properties that have been granted funding
from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) are subject to an annual evaluation of the property's management effectiveness and adherence to HUD guidelines and regulations, known as a Management and Occupancy Review (MOR).
For most companies the goal is to just receive a passing MOR score which means the property is adhering to HUD policies and is operating safe, fair and financially sound operation for providing affordable housing to the community. But at Trillium Property Management, our expertise at managing affordable housing and providing first in class compliance services to property owners has resulted in MOR scores that are almost always at 'Above Average' or 'Superior'.
